Who we are

Low Risk Casino operates as a sole trader. For the purposes of UK data protection law, Low Risk Casino is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

What information we collect

Account registration
When you create an account, we collect your email address and store it securely via Supabase, our authentication provider.

Subscription and payment
If you subscribe to a paid membership, payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. These are handled entirely by Stripe. We do store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status in order to manage your access.

Profit tracking data
If you use the profit tracker, the data you enter (offer names, amounts, results) is stored in your account in our Supabase database. This data is private to your account.

Email marketing
If you join our waitlist or subscribe to updates, your email address is stored with MailerLite, our email marketing provider.

Analytics
We use Google Analytics, with your consent, to understand how visitors use the site. This includes page visits and Academy actions such as choosing a path, checking an answer and selecting a feedback topic. We do not send the answer you chose, account details or free-text feedback in those events. Google Analytics also receives device type and approximate location. No personally identifiable information is shared with Google.

Tool usage
If you are signed in and accept analytics, we record your account ID, the tool used, the day, page opens and whether you used a control. This lets us count how many people use tools such as the Oddsmatcher and Profit Tracker. We do not record searches, odds, stakes or profit figures in these usage counts. The counts are stored in Supabase and shown only in a private admin dashboard.

We use cookies to maintain your login session and for Google Analytics. See the Cookies section below for more detail.

Who we share your data with

We use the following third-party services to operate the site. Your data is shared only to the extent necessary to provide the service:

• Supabase: authentication and database hosting
• Stripe: payment processing and subscription management
• MailerLite: email marketing (only if you have opted in)
• Google Analytics: anonymised website analytics
• Amazon Web Services (CloudFront/S3): website hosting

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third parties.

Data storage and security

Your account data is stored on Supabase's infrastructure. Payment data is stored by Stripe. Both services operate industry-standard security practices including encryption at rest and in transit.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. Please contact us immediately at privacy@lowriskcasino.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

How long we keep your data

• Account data: retained for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days.
• Subscription records: retained for 7 years for legal and accounting purposes, even after account deletion.
• Profit tracking data: deleted when your account is deleted.
• Tool usage counts: deleted when your account is deleted.
• Marketing emails: retained until you unsubscribe or request removal.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right of access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Right to rectification: ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Right to erasure: ask us to delete your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Right to restriction: ask us to limit how we use your data
• Right to data portability: request your data in a portable format
• Right to object: object to processing based on legitimate interests
• Right to withdraw consent: withdraw consent for marketing at any time

• Session cookies: set by Supabase to maintain your login session. These expire when you close your browser or sign out.
• Analytics cookies: set by Google Analytics to track anonymised usage data. These persist for up to 2 years.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Disabling cookies may prevent you from logging in or using certain features of the site.

Children

This site is strictly for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact us immediately.

Our site contains affiliate links to casino and betting websites. Once you leave our site, this privacy policy no longer applies. Please review the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.
